Randall S. Fischer, BA, NREMT-P. Randy has over 30 years EMS experience as an educator, administrator, and public speaker. He has focused much of his attention on rural EMS, healthcare, recruitment, retention issues in EMS, management, and education. He served on the first MN State EMS Advisory task force for the commissioner of health, served on the board and as President for the MN Ambulance Association and West Central EMS Corporation, and has taught with the American Heart Association and Red Cross for over 30 years. He is regional faculty for American Heart Association and served as pediatric education faculty for Children's Hospitals and Clinics of MN, the MN CALS program, U of M Dept Dept. of Emergency Medicine. Currently Randy works as Program Director for Emergency Training Associates and the Greater Minnesota Paramedic Consortium, Operations Director for Ringdahl EMS Minnesota and North Dakota sites, and is President/CEO of RWF Enterprises, Inc and RWF Properties LLC. He is a business owner, EMS consultant, public speaker, author, and educator.
