Fergus Falls, MN and Pelican Rapids, MNRingdahl Ambulance in Fergus Falls and Pelican Rapids, Minnesota provides emergency advanced life support (ALS) ambulance services to all of western Ottertail County. We staff two ALS crews in Fergus Falls and two ALS crews in Pelican Rapids. Our primary crew are in-house 24 hours per day and ready for immediate response from our base in Fergus Falls and Pelican Rapids. In Fergus Falls, our headquarters are located at 214 East Junius Ave in Fergus Falls. In Pelican Rapids, we are located at 41 1st Ave. NW.
Our crews are all nationally registered and/or state certified Paramedic, Intermediates, or Basic level EMTs. We are licensed through the State of Minnesota and our Paramedics are also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and many are trained as critical care technicians.
We respond to approximately 2,000 calls per year in Otter Tail County. We also provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) intercepts for area BLS ambulance services and assist them with mutual aid and critical care intercepts. Emergency Training Associates (ETA) is based out of our Fergus Falls offices and conducts EMT-Basic, First Responder, CPR/AED, First Aid & Safety, Paramedic, ACLS, PALS and a variety of other customized EMS education and continuing education classes. Our instructors are all field experienced ambulance personnel and we conduct program at our site or yours. Jamestown, NDOn January 1, 2004, Jamestown Area Ambulance was introduced as the provider of Advanced Life Support Ambulance Services to Jamestown and the surrounding area, and fell under the working umbrella of Ringdahl EMS.
Our team responds to approximately 1,200 medical requests annually and when transport is required, the primary receiving facility is Jamestown Hospital.
Our three on-call crews provide 24 hour, 7 day a week Advanced Life Support Paramedic response to a population of 22,000 within its service area. Our staff is activated by the 911 system and dispatched through Stutsman County Sheriff's Office. Our offices and education departments of MedTrain and Emergency Training Associates ND are located at 502 1st Ave. S. Jamestown, ND 58401. Jamestown is located 100 miles east of Bismarck and 100 miles west of Fargo, ND.
Lisbon, NDFirst Medic Ambulance Service of Ransom County began service in 1989. We provide service to the city of Lisbon and also to Ransom County, ND. First Medic Ambulance provides 24 hour, 7-days a week Advanced Life Support Paramedic Response to a population of 10,000 within its service area. Our staff is activated by the 911 system with statewide dispatching to speed response time.
First Medic also provides medical support standby services for rodeos, auto races, county fairs and other special events. Customized medical support is available. We staff two ambulances around the clock. Our local fleet of 3 ambulances are equipped with advanced level supplies and medications.
